Picking the Spot Rate

Hello,

Can system Pick the rate at which Receipt has been done when the Accrual has been setup as Accrue at Period End? Because it is possible that PO has been created in January 2024 with a rate at 40 USD. When receiving is done in March 2024, the rate is now 43 USD but Receipt Accounting is picking the PO Rate. How is it possible to make system pick the SPOT RATE?
