Oracle FSM

Our client has been complaining about the time it takes to execute configurations, and as a solution, our project's CSM suggested using FSM to transpose configurations between different environments. Previous experiences of the team have shown that this functionality has various issues that end up causing delays rather than speeding up the process. I would like to ask the community if any of the members have recently used this functionality and what the results of this usage were.
