Which privilege gives us access to change/edit the Implementation Plan task status ?

Hi,

Can anyone please let us know exactly which privilege gives access to change the status of a task from open to completed/Cancelled.

Navigation → Product Development→Manage Change Requests→Implementation Plan→Task
