Integration receives a JSON from Backend

Summary:

I need to create an integration which receives a JSON that I am sending from an external application developed in JAVA. I have tried to create that as an App Driven Orchestration in which its trigger is a conecction (trigger and invoke), and the base URL Rest that I defined was the endpoint that I have in my controller in JAVA. I do not completely understand how to create that integration that receives a JSON from JAVA. I would like to know if there is documentation which can help me in this specific process.
