Auto creation of PO from description based BPA

Hi Team, 

 I have a requirement that with the creation of a RFQ Negotiation with BPA (description based items) as outcome and to auto create a PO out of BPA. 

When i create a Requisition, i am unable to find BPA created in LOV but able to see all the CPAs.

Could you please let me know if anyone has created PO automatically from description based BPA's 

But, upon further investigation i observed that i am able to search for BPA in requisition page global search as indicated below which solves my current problem. However, i have a couple of queries with regards to the same.
