To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Can initiative give a due date according to learner's previous completion date?

We want to be able to set up a new learning initiative and add in a set of learners.

These learners will all have already completed this course (voluntary assignment) in the past.

The learning is now required to be retaken (every 12 months for example).

Example of what we need: Learner 1 completes the learning on 1/1/24. Initiative is set up on 13/4/24. Initiative realises that the learner has taken this course before and gives the learner a due date of 1/1/25 (12 months after they last completed it).

As well as the above, we would prefer that the learning assignment continually sits in the 'current learning' tab with the appropriate due date displayed.

Howdy, Stranger!
