Import Payroll Costs is successfully run but data is not loaded into labor costs.

Have loaded the FDBI File using Load Interface file for import process, which is successfully run, and rows are successfully loaded. Attaching the file for reference.

Then the process "Import Payroll Costs" is run which is successfully run but the data isn't loaded into labor costs. In the log file it is showing as NO DATA FOUND. Below is the screenshot of the log file for reference.

Could someone please help me out to Import the labor costs using FBDI.
