Summary: Offline support in web app PWA application

We are in a process of transforming our PWA mobile applications to web app PWA applications because the mobile app in not supported anymore.

Our old mobile PWA applications are working also in offline mode (without the Oracle persistent toolkit) , we enables this by deselecting the "Require authenticated access" checkbox in the app settings.

After converting the mobile app into PWA web app, when trying to enter the new app in offline mode we are getting a default offline page with "You're offline" message.
