Archive mode in Data Management is not working for few locations

We have locations where we do the file-based load and have kept Archive mode as a copy in System settings. So after loading the data when we click on Open Source Document, the file does not download for three locations but it is working fine for the rest of the locations, the only difference between the locations where we can download the file name contains an extension (eg: Loadfile_Actual_202308_RR.txt ) and the locations where we cannot download the file name does not contain an extension (eg: Loadfile_ACTUAL_202308_RR). Could you please let me know how to resolve this issue?
