My Team - Team Time Cards (Redwood) doesn't show user name after a name change.
Summary:
We've found that after doing a name change for an employee, the Person Name field is not populated on the My Team → Team Time Cards page for time cards created prior to the name change effective start date.

Steps to reproduce:
Use Redwood Personal Information page to change the name of an employee entering timecards. Complete any applicable workflow.
Go to My Team → Team Time Cards and search time cards. Observe there is no name present.
