OTBI parameter issue

I need some assistance.

I'm working on the Talent Profile Report and wanted to capture all the details in one report.

I picked up multiple values by using the 'Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time' subject area and getting values from different sections of a person's profile page, e.g. Language, skills, career preference, etc. 

So, if one person has more than one employee history, it creates multiple rows and in parallel, it also displays other Profile items in a separate row. For example, if the person also knows multiple languages, it shows these records in different rows as well. It creates multiple rows and sections for one employee in my report, which also creates an issue in filtering the required result. I want to pull all records in one row without any null values.
