Associate "Related contracts" to newly created contracts through Import Management

Currently, i am trying to use Import Management feature to upload a few procurement contracts in oracle fusion application. When i try to associate "Related contracts" to newly created contracts through import management , there is a field asking me for the PUid of the contract to be associated. So, in this context, i would like to confirm with you if this file "ContractRelObject.csv" is applicable only for the contracts that are part of the same import as we do not have the PUid of contracts for the ones already imported or created through application.
