migration to OCI

Hi Team,

We have Oracle database 19.17, single node with 150GB size. We have to move this to OCI DBCS VM.

We dont have direct connection from Onpremise datacenter to OCI. Customer not willing to take vpn or fast connect.

What options do we have to carry out the migration. Please share your expertise with some high level steps.
