bulk plan - buy - hide parameter set id

Summary:

We have a client´s scenario where planners uses 2 or 3 parameter set in their daily work. During development process, more than 100 test parameter were created. What is the best way to "hide" them to avoid errors? VPD, property?. We can not set up a default parameter as I have stated before.
