Unable to segregate Lease invoices basis payment type

Hi,

We have a requirement of segregating lease invoices basis payment type. For instance: We have a recurring payment (Monthly lease rental) of INR 18984 and we have also have a residual value payment of 160000 in the last month of lease tenure. We have a requirement of generating lease invoices for monthly lease rental amount ( INR 18984) and not the Residual Value (One time Payment) payment of INR 160000 but system creates a clubbed invoice amount of INR 178984. By any means

can we achieve the either of the following :

1. Restrict the generation of lease invoices for Residual Value (one time Payment)

2. Segregate the generation of lease invoices for recurring and one time payments. ( Basically system should generate two invoices with separate payment amount and not single invoice with clubbed amount.
