Reporting on Payroll Balances with a Time Definition Dimension

Summary:

Hi, we have a number of payroll balances defined which utilise element allocation functionality and have a 'time definition' dimension i.e. _REL_BD_TDPTD. The time definitions have been configured as weekly which enables us to retrieve the balance values on a weekly basis (primarily retrieved in payroll formulas to drive calculation logic).

However we now have a requirement to report on these payroll balances e.g. for a specific person I need the weekly balance value for the REL_BD_TDPTD dimension for the previous 12 months. None of the standard out of the box reports seems to include balances setup in this way, does anyone have a way of reporting on these balances?
