Summary: Can we Use Visual Builder ( VBCS ) instead of the the Visual Builder Studio (VBS)

We are having multiple subscriptions for HCM, ERP etc., under the Oracle account with each subscription maintaining there own Cloud HCM PODS ( Dev, test, UAT and Production), with Oracle provisioning the Customers with a single VBS Instance free of cost ( Current state while in future oracle is planning to role out separate VBS instance for each non prod pod) to support Extensions for Redwood Pages this VBS instance is mapped by default to only one test environment which is not something we manage this test instance.
