On the workflow of a change order the approval user is displaying only username

Hi Experts,

On the workflow of a change order the approval user is displaying only username is it possible to have Users first name and last name displayed on the workflow? below is the current design it displays only username it is hard and time consuming for the users to identify who the user is

Even upon clicking the information icon which is controlled by privilege to view the information, user has to click the information button which is again not feasible, hence let us know if we can make any config change to view the assigned to first name and last name is
