Need formula for anniversary date on 1st of month instead of day of hire
Summary:
I need to calculate anniversary dates so that they are the first day of the month they fall in instead of the annual hire date. I have got it partway there but for some employees it is giving multiple anniversary dates and it's assigning leap year to 2/4 instead of 2/1.
