hi all

am I reading this control correctly?

part of the filter criteria is that Identify approved expenses submitted in the last three months for credit card transactions with merchants who are 'not preferred'

..and in the 'not preferred' criteria stated are IBM, Microsoft and Amazon … as in ORACLE rivals? …is this Control to be taken seriously?
