How to disable a location for doing inbound Receiving and manual putaway to the location.

Summary:

We want to disable a particular location where Inbound Receiving (shipment receiving)has to be disabled that location can only have lpns by doing RF:createLPN only.
please suggest us is this possible or not,if it is possible suggest us how to achieve this.
