YearTotal and its children can not aggregate in EPBCS

Hello everyone,

I tried to find out why the YeatTotal can not aggregate, although it is set "dynamic calc" in OFS cube:

And Time Balance is Flow.

I tried to check the other version instead of OEP_Working, and just only OPEX Working version is aggregated to Yeartotal:

Is there a bug?
