View data in EUR format in workbench and drill region

Summary:

Hi,
in a project I need to import data from the source ERP system in EURO currency.
For this reason, an import format has been set up in Data Management that allows you to import data with a decimal separator set with a comma (,) and a related Drill region to perform analyses.
This import format has the expression "fill=EuroToUS" in the Amount column and the data is imported correctly to PBCS in the EUR format (.,), but in the Drill Region section and in the Data Management Workbench it still remains in US format (,.) .
I would also need to display the data in the workbench and in the drill region with a thousand separator with dots and commas before decimals.
