Operator can start the load confirmation only if all lpns are packed.

Load has 10 LPN for example. 2 out of 10 is packed and 8 lpns are in outbound created. Still user able to load the 2 lpn using Load confirmation RF screen. Business requirement is to restrict starting loading confirmation if all 10 LPNs are not in packed status.

Do we have any solution available in WMS?
