Is there a way to get an RTP from a load file for a dimension other than account, entity, or POV?

Summary: I am trying to find a way to derive members from data to pass to a business rule after the load completes.


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): I have a Data Integrator load rule that is loading data for different contracts, entities, etc., each time it loads. I have a Clear Region defined that for the Program dimension is using the "Derive from Data" option to limit which programs are cleared. I want to do something similar for an after load rule, but the only options for RTPs are Custom, POV Category, POV Year, POV Period, All Data Load Entity, All Data Load Account and Integration Options 1-4.
