Conversion from Myservices to new Oracle Console - Update Network Configuration - Which IPs to allow

Summary:

In relation to console conversion from Classic Myservices to new oracle Console, Upon reviewing the Conversion Overview/Checklist, there is a part to Update Network Configuration/Allow List. My understanding on this is that Oracle Sales Cloud will change their IP address and that all systems connecting to Oracle Sales Cloud needs to allow the new IP's on those destination systems. Please confirm if my understanding is correct.

Upon checking the IP Address Document, there are several CIDR IPs with the "OSN" tag. Do I need to allow all of the listed IPs for "region": "us-ashburn-1",
