Why my profile picture doesn't appear?

Hi, through the path: set preference -> my photo, I can set an image, but after saving it doesn't appear. I logged out but I still have this problem. Moreover the profile option FND_PROFILE_PHOTO_ENABLED is already set to YES.

how can I solve this problem?
