Filter data based on Last Integration Run in OIC

We are trying to get only updated records from last integration run. But we are using BIP report to fetch records based on from date and to date and if we have not pass any dates then in report we are getting records for last 24 hrs. If we want only updated records from last sync what changes we need to do. Can you please guide if you have implemented such scenario?
