How to hide Summary Change section or hide fields of that sections in Division new REDWOOD page?

Summary:

We are working with new redwood page of Divisions

This happens when a division is updated or deleted.

When you do an update in a division you can see a summary of changes made and that summary change section is visible while there is more than one record for a division.

When you delete a division, you can see a summary of changes made and that summary change section is visible only once.

We want to know if it's possible to hide the section Summary of Changes or to hide fields of that section when we update or delete a division, we were seeing in VBS but we wasn't able to find an option to do this.
