How to Delete all the attachments from NON-PROD environment in Oracle Fusion

We're trying to remove all the Attachments from the NON-PROD environment using API, but we're facing issues find the Exact API's…
So, kindly share any inputs if possible.

Attachments from - PO, AP invoice, AR Invoice, Employee Documents…etc
Is it possible to remove the above attachments using API?
