Missing Salary data post 24A upgrade

Summary:

Post 24A upgrade all OTBI reports failed to load salary data. We looked into each column added in the reports and noticed the issue is caused when there are columns added from Worker Assignment Details folder. An SR was raised with Oracle support to know why the reports are impacted due to columns included from this folder. The SR is pending more than 3 months without an answer.

Can someone help on this please?
