the pick is open and I can't pick confirm

Hello, I am creating a Movement Request and following the steps:

1. Create a movement request
2. Movement Request Approval.
3. Run Print Movement Request Pick Slip Report
4. Give the pick slips to the warehouse operator.

Basically, when I am reaching this stage, I am not able to pick confirm (it is not showing), and I am navigating into the movement request and I am trying the view the pick.

So how may I deliver the quantity on the system?
