Is the possibility to receive on behalf of other requesters planned functionality?

In the current Redwood self-service receiving form, you can only receive items for which you are the requester. In the classic form, it is possible to receive on behalf of another requester. Is it planned that the Redwood form will offer this functionality as well in a future release, or do we have to log an idea for this? I am aware of the fact that you cannot promise anything but I would like to know whether it is already on the backlog.
