Can you give access to suspend depreciation without giving full adjust asset access

We would llike to give access to Suspend and Resume depreciation within Adjust Assets.

I had removed the FA_POST_FIXED_ASSET_ONLINE_TRANSACTIONS security as we want other adjustments to go thru approval process.

Adding FA_SUSPEND_FIXED_ASSET_DEPRECIATION_PRIV  didn't resolve the issue. Do you have to have full acess to adjust assets or is there another security I'm missing.
