Repeating Rows

Summary:

I am creating a report that will show job requisitions, the candidates who applied along with their education and previous employment information. Due to multiple records of education and employment, if a candidate has more education than employment records, the employment record is duplicated and vice versa. How can I present this data such that employment and education info are compressed into each candidate's line of record? The report is quite wide so I am not sure a pivot table can help. I have attached the logical sql code. Thanks.
