How bring DFF value from Requisition Header to Negotiation Header DFF?

Summary:

I want to bring DFF value from Purchase Requisition Header to Sourcing Negotiation Header DFF where they're using the same table columns. The requirement is we need to default the value in Negotiation DFF based on the Requisition DFF by SQL Query or any other means that are possible.

And if it's possible to be done by query, may I know the list of bind variables currently supported in SQL defaulting for DFF?
