I am looking for an explanation of PO_HEADERS_ARCHIVE_ALL table and why in some instances Line level changes on BPA's cause inserts into this Header table, yet in other instances line level changes do not insert new records in this table.

I will preface this by saying the following update examples involved ONLY line level changes on a BPA, no Header level information was changed. I had a recent example where updates were made to the Supplier Item # and Manufacturer Part # online in Fusion, and this did NOT trigger any new records to be inserted into PO_HEADERS_ARCHIVE_ALL. I then had another example where the Expiration date was updated on a Line via 'Upload Lines' edit option with flat file, and this triggered a new row to be inserted into PO_HEADERS_ARCHIVE_ALL table.
