Crosstab Reports cannot be export when have 1 sheet

When executing a crosstab report with a filter and the result is a sheet, the report cannot be exported. However, when you have 2 or more sheets it does give the option to export. Is that the expected behavior or even though the cross report has 1 sheet I should be able to export it?
