I love the Risk Management Dashboard shortcut idea however is anyone finding a way to fix it?

Whenever we use it it drills into the dashboard but it uses the current browser page instead of opening a new one. This has people declining to use it because you cant get back to the home page without opening a new session. Other shortcuts we create don't work this way.

Oracle is notorious for not being friendly to the browser back button. Has anyone found a way to make this work in a helpful way or do we just need to do a page customization instead? The configuration for the shortcut is pretty simple since its a url to your dashboard but maybe we are missing something?
