Best Practice Setting up a Inspection Level on Quality plan for receiving

Hello Friends,

I have a question on setting up the Inspection Level. I understand the whole flow. One thing I find it interesting is that if I buy powder in KGs. and my inspection level is 1%, that is if I'm buying a ton of goods (1,000 KGs) I like to take 10 KG and inspect. Oracle displays 10 lines (1 per UOM) in the quality results, but in real life, you would take a sample of 10KG and put through testing and put results for the whole 10KG.

My question is this: what is the best practice setting up the Inspection Level (Quantity 1 or 10%) so that user can enter the quality result for the sample size.
