Cannot reset my password
Summary:
Suddenly i stopped being able to login to my Oracle Cloud account and no password reset links are arriving. Support specialist in the chat suggested to post here to trigger an internal investigation.
Considering that the summary of that chat did not arrive to MY email, my assumption is that someone has stolen my account, though i cannot understand how was that done as MFA is enabled for my account.
If there is a way to prove my identity - please tell me how, or how can i shutdown the account and recreate a new one, since trying to register a new account gives me information that my email is already associated with an existing account.
