New Supplier Account Email - How to Customize for Suppliers

We were made aware recently that our New Supplier Account emails are exactly like our Employee emails, just with a different numbering sequence.
The Employees have Benefits and other info specific to being an employee. Can we create a separate event to trigger a New Account email specific to Suppliers?
