Can we create a movement request without Pick confirm? (Automatic pick confirm)

Hello, the requirements of the client is the following:

We need to create a movement request, with an approval workflow. After the movement request is approved, they want to pick the materials automatically without printing the movement request and confirm picking.

Is it Feasible? if yes, how?
