We want to re-rate a shipment after execution based on the delivered service. Example: A shipment is planned based on a rate service using DAYDURATION to be delivered the next day before 12PM and also the cost are specific to that next day delivery. The shipment will be executed and the ACTUAL DELIVERY time will be registered by TRACKING EVENT and if this time is later then the expected delivery time based on the bought service (next day 12PM) the shipment ACTUAL COST needs to be recalculated using a rate that reflects a slower service, e.g. 2nd day 12PM delivery.
