How to add an ELSE statement on BPM General rule?

How to add an ELSE statement on BPM rule to route to another approver if IF test condition is false?

When a rule is created an "IF THEN" statement is created by default (without ELSE statement).

I am able to add Test Condition on IF Statement and to add Approver on THEN statement, but I do not know how to add an ELSE statement. There is no option with ELSE in Action List.

Is it possible to include ELSE statment to route to another approver if IF test condition is false?
