Location Based Access Control (LBAC) - User not able to access Role Functionality on a Network

LBAC is enabled, We do have couple of users(Not all)we do have proper setup and IP's are defined But not able to access the role functionality even if the appropriate roles are assigned.

User can access only the Basic access like Set Preference and Worklist. Not able to access the Module wise access.

If anyone have come across the same. Please do share your Inputs.

Kindly do help me at the earliest.
