Line manager's old assig no linked with employee's assig, even after LM's transfer to new LE.
Summary:
We recently did Mass Legal Employer change through Mass Legal Employer Change option and transferred over 100 employees from LE1 to LE2. But after doing this we ran into one problem.
Example : We have one line manager LM1, who has two direct reports EMP1 and EMP2.
Before Mass LE change, LM1 and EMP1 were tagged to LE1, and EMP2 was tagged to LE2.
Now Mass LE was performed, and LM1, EMP1 and 100 other employees were transferred from LE1 to LE2.
After transfer we observed that LM1 has only one direct report - EMP1, so EMP2 got disassociated somehow as a direct report.
