Edit prompt option not working in smartview

Hi Team,

We have generated MR report in the smartview but the option of Edit Prompt in the Smartview ribbon is appearing as greyed out , not able to select the prompt in already generated report. Screenshot of the same attached for reference.

What could be the reason for the same?
