English language on Interactive reports options instead of french

Hi,

I am using APEX 24.1 on OCI. The interactive Report button is "Actions" and the Actions are in english. And the systems messages "Row updated" for example, are in English. I would like to see them in french.

When I sign in to APEX :


As you can see, at the bottom, French is not available. How to install the French version ?
