Is there a way to load or end date Competencies attached to Jobs using HSDL?

Hi,

We are currently gathering requirements to update all Job related Competencies (Profiles), I was able to end date the Profile Content Items for the Competencies that will no longer be applicable and I can load new ones but I cannot find a way to load the new Competencies to the Job Profile section or end date/delete the old Competencies from the Job Profile section. Is there a way to do this?
